Three (3) reasons why you should invest in a
condominium unit.
1.
You are an expat / foreigner and you want
to reside in the Philippines, but since you are non-Filipino, you
are not allowed to own land. Therefore, your only choice is to get
a condominium unit provided, 60% of all condominium units are
Filipino-owned.
2. You want to live in a community where all the conveniences in life (commercial areas, hospitals, restaurants, schools, etc.) are just a few minutes’ walk, but house and lots are either not available or the costs are prohibitive. 3. You simply want to invest in rental business. Condominiums are usually located strategically (reason no.2) hence occupancy rate is expected to be high.
